After a nice sesh at Eukahi, we dropped by the Pupukea grocery store to carb up. As we got out of the car this truck pulls in fresh from a pig hunt with a nice sow, dogs and kids in tow. After greetings and introduction I asked if I could take a few flicks. Pops was cool with that and we traded email address so I could send him some Kodak moments of the junior pig hunters. You can tell the kids are totally stoked and couldn’t stop talking about how they were going to feast on some kalua pig with all the fixin’s. I didn’t know if there is some pig hunting gang or maybe it was just their “hood” signs but I got a kick out of the way they were throwing down.
